April Poetry Open Mic!

  • Lost City Books 2467 18th Street Northwest Washington, DC, 20009 United States (map)

Bring your original poetry to share with a group of poetry-lovers at the next Poetry Open Mic, hosted by Jonny from Lost City Books!

Bring your original poetry to read to a group of like-minded poetry-lovers at our first Open Mic! Poetry of any style and subject is welcome, though we encourage participants to bring no more than 10 minutes of material to share so that everyone has the time to read. Please keep in mind that Lost City Books is a safe and respectful space. Refreshments will be available.

This event is in person and masks are required by attendees.

Accessibility note: This event is up two flights of stairs. Lost City Books does not have an elevator. This event will NOT be live streamed, however, participants that cannot join in person may join via Zoom (See ticket option "Remote Attendance").
